Protectli Vault is a small form factor PC built for use as a firewall / router. The software components of your firewall solution should work without a hitch on Vault hardware. Protectli Vault appliance/Mini PC is excellent, especially if you would like to install and configure open source firewall solutions such pfSense, OPNSense, OpenWrt or other software. We’re performing this guide on Protectli Vault appliance but the process applies to any other hardware.
